Helen Bosley is a seasoned financial executive and consulting professional with diverse experience in financial management, strategic planning, acquisitions, risk management, and insurance consulting.
Ms. Bosley co-founded Corporate Financial Management, Inc., in 1990. Prior to establishing her firm, she served as CFO of Sedgwick James of Pennsylvania, and as Director of Risk Management and Pension Investments for IU International, a $3 billion diversified services corporation. Ms. Bosley also held managerial and staff positions in IU’s treasury and controller departments. She began her career managing equity and fixed income portfolios at Citibank and Provident National Bank.
Ms. Bosley serves on the Board of Directors of South Jersey Industries, Inc., and is a member of its Audit and Governance Committees.
An active participant in civic and business organizations, she serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Abington Memorial Hospital and is a member of its Audit and Compliance, Finance and Strategic Planning Committees. She is a member of the Widows Corporation Acting Committee with oversight for underwriting and financial operations of a $52 million church-affiliated life insurance company. She chairs the Investment Committee and is a member of the Finance Committee of the Girls Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. She is a past president of the Captive Insurance Companies Association. Ms. Bosley is also a former Director and Treasurer of the Forum of Executive Women, and past NJ/PA Regional Chair of Parents Educational Programs for the Hyde School.
Ms. Bosley has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and earned a B.A. in mathematics from Arcadia University. She holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
